Execute TD's Brand promise to customers by delivering a Legendary Customer experience.,Perform customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently.,Process cash transactions such as cashing checks, verifying currency, balancing cash drawer, and night deposits with high accuracy.,Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns, escalating to management as needed.,Engage in lobby leadership by managing customer flow and guiding them appropriately.,Educate customers on self-service/digital options based on their banking preferences.,Be responsible and accountable for cash drawers and vaults, ensuring appropriate cash limits and security.,Ensure confidential customer information is securely stored.,Follow all security and audit measures and dual control procedures to minimize potential loss.,Utilize bank tools and processes for fraud detection, addressing, and prevention.,Complete all required in-classroom and online training by established due dates.,Act as a customer advocate by conducting needs-based conversations, offering financial & digital solutions, or referring to appropriate partners.

High school diploma or GED.,6 months of work-related experience preferred, or equivalent demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience.,Ability to work during operating hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.,Demonstrated Customer Service skills preferred.
