Description

This role involves providing excellent customer service at a TD Store location, accurately processing everyday banking transactions, and educating customers on TD's products and services or referring them to specialized partners. Key duties include managing customer flow, promoting self-service options, conducting needs-based conversations, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations to minimize risk and prevent fraud.

What We're Looking For

Execute TD's Brand promise to deliver a Legendary Customer experience.,Perform customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan, and safe deposit box payments efficiently.,Process cash transactions such as cashing checks, verifying currency, balancing cash drawer, and night deposits with high accuracy.,Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns, escalating as needed.,Engage in lobby leadership, orchestrate customer flow, welcome, and guide customers.,Understand customer preferences and educate on self-service/digital options.,Conduct needs-based conversations, offer financial & digital solutions, and/or refer to appropriate partners.,Make sound decisions and provide timely problem resolution.,Ensure compliance with operational activities (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act).,Verify customers' identities by following authentication policies.,Balance cash drawers, ATMs, and Teller Cash Dispensers (TCDs)/Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs).,Adhere to safe deposit box procedures/operations and guidelines.,Responsible and accountable for cash drawers and vaults, including maintaining appropriate cash limits and securing cash.,Ensure confidential customer information is securely stored.,Follow dual control and all security and audit measures to minimize potential loss.,Utilize bank tools and processes to detect, address, and prevent fraud.,Complete all required in-classroom and on-line training by established due dates.

Ideal Candidate

High school diploma or GED.,6 months work related experience preferred, or equivalent demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience.,Ability to work during operating hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays as scheduled.,Demonstrated Customer Service skills preferred.
