This includes educating customers about TD's products and services or directing them to specialists for specific solutions. They will ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain the security of cash and safe deposit box operations.
Execute TD's Brand promise to customers by consistently delivering a Legendary Customer experience.,Perform customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently.,Process cash transactions such as cashing checks, verifying currency, balancing cash drawer, and night deposits with high accuracy.,Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns using standard procedures, escalating to management when necessary.,Engage in lobby leadership by orchestrating customer flow, warmly welcoming customers, and guiding appropriately.,Understand customer banking preferences and educate them on self-service/digital options.,Ensure compliance with operational activities and regulations like Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act.,Verify customers' identities following authentication policies.,Balance cash drawers, ATMs, and Teller Cash Dispensers (TCDs)/Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs).,Adhere to safe deposit box procedures.,Responsible and accountable for cash drawers and vaults, maintaining appropriate cash limits and securing cash.
