Execute TD's Brand promise and deliver a legendary customer experience.,Perform customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan, and safe deposit box payments.,Process cash transactions such as cashing checks, verifying currency, balancing cash drawers, and handling night deposits with accuracy.,Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.,Engage in lobby leadership, managing customer flow and guiding customers.,Conduct needs-based conversations, offering financial & digital solutions, and referring customers to appropriate partners.,Make sound decisions, provide timely problem resolution, and escalate difficult issues to management.,Ensure compliance with operational activities according to company guidelines and regulations like the Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act.,Verify customer identities by following authentication policies and procedures.,Balance cash drawers, ATMs, and Teller Cash Dispensers/Recyclers.,Adhere to safe deposit box procedures and guidelines.,Responsible and accountable for cash drawers and vaults, maintaining appropriate cash limits, and securing cash.,Accountable for ensuring confidential customer information is securely stored.,Understand and follow dual control.,Follow all security and audit measures to minimize potential loss and utilize bank tools to detect, address, and prevent fraud.

High school diploma or GED.,6 months work related experience preferred, or equivalent demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience.
