Technology/ Development Lead II (US)
Description
This role involves leading technology delivery for small to medium-sized projects and workstreams, aligning with the PPDOM (Project and Program Delivery Operating Model). The lead is responsible for the end-to-end technology product roadmap delivery, including design, development, testing, and deployment, with an emphasis on automation and continuous integration/deployment.
What We're Looking For
Provide technology delivery leadership on small-medium initiatives.
Apply technology industry and TD-specific expertise to deliver solutions.
Ensure technology solutions align with Bank technology and segment strategies.
Oversee technology strategy execution, manage impediments and risks.
Provide input to product backlog and roadmap prioritization.
Provide technology estimates according to the Estimation Framework.
Build and manage a technology team for business solution analysis, design, build, technical analysis, quality assurance, and release management.
Coordinate technology efforts across CIO organizations, ITS, Architecture, TRMIS, and other partners.
Engage stakeholders to drive outcomes.
Identify, analyze, and resolve project risks and issues.
Confirm solutions align with product vision and are fit-for-purpose.
Establish and align technology deployment plans.
Define technology impacts and deliver product roadmap.
Consider future production support implications for cost-effective, quality, and resilient solutions.
Guide others on optimal tool use for technology delivery performance and quality.
Manage technology third-party vendors and Statements of Work.
Apply continuous improvement practices.
Manage real-time technology resource plans.
Document assumptions for project schedule and resourcing plans.
Act as technology leader and decision maker on initiatives.
Ensure technology teams provide estimates, updates, and risk/issue remediation.
Provide input and advice on technology aspects to the Tech Owner and Delivery Lead.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's Degree.
5+ years of progressively senior experience in technology design, development, and delivery.
Project delivery using formal methodologies.
Understanding and application of technology trends (banking industry and overall best practices).
Experience in app development/integration.
Resource and project management experience highly preferred.
5+ years of hands-on development experience (preferred).
5+ years of Agile Delivery experience (preferred).
5+ years of Technical Lead experience (preferred).
Working knowledge of APIs or Microservices (preferred).
Agile Certification (preferred).
Working experience AI/ML with Co-Pilot (preferred).
