Manage electronic identities and employee access on multiple platforms, including identity lifecycle, authorizations, and business roles, in compliance with financial institution standards (e.g., RACF on z/OS).,Drive compliance-related approval requests, generate access reports, implement resources on various platforms, and correct profiles and access.,Process and follow up on support tickets related to access, update tickets with documented exchanges, and contribute to the knowledge base.,Participate in operational support activities, executing corrective actions for service restoration during incidents, processing service requests, and contributing to root cause analysis.,Execute technical tasks in the context of maintenance, monitoring, evolution, or delivery of systems under your responsibility, including participation in production deployments and analysis of technical change impacts and risks.,Produce, maintain, and update technical documentation (procedures, operation guides, intervention and test plans, scripts), evaluate efforts and timelines for assigned tasks, contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, and participate in projects by offering technical advice to designers, solution architects, analysts, and developers.
