As an IT Technician, you will manage electronic identities and access, ensuring compliance, security, and reliability of IT systems in a financial institution environment. This role involves managing the identity lifecycle, authorizations, and business roles, while adhering to financial industry compliance standards, particularly on IBM Mainframe (RACF on z/OS). You will also handle approval requests, generate access reports, implement resources, correct profiles and access, and provide support for access-related tickets, contributing to the knowledge base. Additionally, you will participate in operational support activities, execute corrective actions during incidents, process service requests, and analyze root causes of problems. Other responsibilities include performing technical tasks for system maintenance, monitoring, evolution, and delivery, as well as producing and updating technical documentation.
