As a Veterinary Technician at Charles River's Sherbrooke site, you will be responsible for the well-being of all research animals. Your role ensures animal health and the integrity of preclinical studies.
What We're Looking For
Evaluate and monitor animal health under veterinary supervision.,Collaborate closely with veterinarians to prepare and execute treatment plans.,Perform treatments, medical procedures, and diagnostic tests under veterinary supervision.,Identify potential animal welfare problems and find solutions.,Able to perform physical work (lift up to 20kg, walk, stand, squat, etc.).,Good observation and organizational skills.,Good time management.,Ability to adapt quickly to last-minute changes.
Ideal Candidate
College diploma in Animal Health Techniques.,Experience in a similar position is an asset.
