This permanent position involves providing essential administrative support to teams, focusing on efficient data management, document preparation, administrative follow-ups, and coordinating operational activities. The role is crucial for maintaining the quality, reliability, and fluidity of internal processes and supporting organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include managing and updating data, general administrative support, assisting internal and operational processes, and producing professional documents.

What We're Looking For

Compile, update, and maintain various tracking tables and files.,Prepare and analyze statistics and indicators for teams.,Review, validate, and correct information as required.,Collect and update necessary data to generate performance indicators related to hiring statistics.,Process emails, internal requests, and ensure appropriate follow-ups.,Manage administrative forms and computer access for arrivals, departures, and internal movements.,Follow up with employees, trainees, or candidates when necessary.,Log and update information in individual files, including absence compilation.,Ensure internal documents and various management tools are up-to-date.,Collaborate with managers and stakeholders for operational follow-ups.,Support workforce planning processes.,Design and format professional presentations or documents.,Participate in the preparation of technological or material elements necessary for operations.

Ideal Candidate

College diploma (DEC) in office automation, administration, or related fields.,5 years of relevant experience.,Strong organizational skills, meticulousness, and rigor in data management.,Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic context.,Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Copilot).,Good judgment, autonomy, and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.,Excellent command of French (oral and written).
