Technicien sénior - Maintenance électromécanique

Description

The Senior Electromechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing maintenance activities in a wood manufacturing environment. This role ensures the reliability, safety, and performance of production equipment, providing hands-on intervention when necessary. Key responsibilities include planning and executing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing various mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures, and actively participating in complex or urgent tasks. The technician will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, optimize maintenance programs, and manage spare parts inventory and supplier coordination.

What We're Looking For

Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on production equipment.,Schedule and prioritize interventions based on production needs.,Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic breakdowns.,Respond quickly to critical breakdowns to minimize production downtime.,Actively participate in complex or urgent tasks.,Ensure compliance with health and safety rules (lockout/tagout, work at height, confined spaces).,Analyze causes of recurrent breakdowns and implement lasting corrective actions.,Optimize preventive maintenance programs.,Improve equipment reliability and availability.,Collaborate with production to enhance line efficiency.,Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.,Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.

Ideal Candidate

DEP or DEC in electromechanics, industrial mechanics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in the wood sector.,Experience in supervision or team leadership.,Excellent knowledge in mechanics, industrial electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
