Technician III, Process Maintenance

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on process equipment and systems, including simple calibrations.,Lead the development of remediation strategies for follow-up and emergency work.,Serve as the first responder to equipment issues and ensure resolution through hands-on work or vendor coordination.,Troubleshoot complex equipment and system malfunctions, develop remediation steps, and oversee repairs.,Manage contract service providers, including scheduling, SOP training, and compliance with cGMP standards.,Support facility operations with rotating “on-call” responsibilities and respond to urgent facilities needs across a 24/7 schedule.,Maintain spare parts, tools, and equipment inventories.,Administer hazardous energy control and confined space entry procedures in compliance with safety protocols.,Document all maintenance activities in both paper-based and electronic cGMP-compliant records.,Collaborate with equipment owners and engineers to direct vendor service work.,Lead small projects and maintenance initiatives.,Perform equipment changeovers and setup, particularly for filling equipment and support systems.,Develop and maintain OJT (on-the-job training) records, and hold status as a Qualified Trainer.,Contribute to reliability initiatives and asset management strategies.,Execute additional duties as assigned to support operations.,Education: AS degree or certificate in a science/technical field or a technical trade school.,Experience: 5-7 years of experience.
