Description
At Moment Factory, the Technical Director plays a crucial role in managing surprising and unexplored spaces, transforming ideas into physical realities for captivating and memorable multimedia projects. They are responsible for proposing technical solutions, optimizing production fluidity, overseeing equipment, and ensuring technical efficiency across projects, often involving travel.
What We're Looking For
Propose equipment and audiovisual control solutions, calculate projection angles and equipment placement, develop technical plans and diagrams (equipment, electrical, show control), oversee equipment maintenance, optimize production fluidity, act as a liaison for producers and directors, ensure technical efficiency and quality control, develop daily operational procedures, supervise project integration (travel required), coordinate space usage and scheduling for setup/breakdown, ensure internal technical support, and contribute to archiving/updating technical system documentation.
Ideal Candidate
4-7 years of experience in software, equipment management, and employee supervision, with 3 years in technical direction related to multimedia.,College Diploma (DEC) in installation and repair of telecommunications or audio-video equipment / Multimedia integration / Theater production.,Advanced proficiency in professional French and English (oral and written).,Valid driver's license.,Knowledge and/or interest in AI.
