Description

This role at Bell Canada is for a visionary architect and reliability guardian within the Managed Services domain. The Technical Director will ensure seamless integration and impeccable performance of managed services, including Security, Network, Voice, and Cloud Solutions, across complex client environments. The individual will lead end-to-end service integration and performance, covering proprietary and third-party vendor offerings, and drive cross-functional collaboration to exceed contractual obligations and deliver service excellence in technical architecture.

Ideal Candidate

Completion of a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, network engineering or a closely related field.,Over 10 years of experience spearheading technology solution architecture and engineering within large enterprise settings.,Demonstrated strong trajectory in architecting and operating solutions from design to delivery and operations, particularly focusing on Managed Services and/or cloud-based solutions.,At least 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity, managing teams of architects and engineering leaders, with a demonstrated prowess in Managed Services, SDWAN, Cloud, and complex solution integration.,Strategic thinker with expertise in enterprise/technology architecture strategy, product solution integration, and the establishment of operating standards.,Proven experience in leading large IT updates or changes, skilled at integrating complex solutions throughout a company.,Sound proficiency and understanding of ITIL and ITSM standards and methods.,Proven capability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving innovative solutions with a forward-thinking approach while maintaining a strong initiative and collaborative leadership across diverse functions and levels.,Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by a unique ability to engage and secure executive buy-in through compelling storytelling, setting a visionary yet achievable roadmap for engineering teams.,CCIE certification is considered an asset/preferred.
