Technical Architect I (Secret Clearance Level II)

Description

This role within Bell Business Markets involves deploying and configuring various security solutions in medium to large enterprise environments. The successful candidate will leverage both technical and business acumen to manage customer and internal team relationships, and will be responsible for the hands-on design and deployment of projects.

What We're Looking For

Perform complex testing, deployment, integration, and remediation of security solutions.,Contribute to the development of detailed architecture solutions, functional and technical specifications, testing documents, and build books.,Collaborate with Customer Technical Leads, Bell Technical Leads, and team members to ensure successful Technical Security Solution delivery.,Provide technical support services for integrated security solutions.,Take ownership of outcomes and quickly learn and integrate new technologies.,Install, patch, and organize cable infrastructure, including fiber optic and copper cabling.,Deploy various technologies including Network Security, Endpoint Security, Email Security, Cloud Security, Firewalls, DLP, IDS / IPS.

Ideal Candidate

University degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or an equivalent College Diploma and experience.,Minimum 3 years of experience delivering Network and/or security projects.,Currently or previously holding a Government of Canada Secret Clearance Level II.,Cisco experience (preferably Network, Firewall, and/or Collaboration).,Working knowledge of Office365 and Visio.,Eager to learn and implement new technologies.,Ability to multi-task on multiple projects.,Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.,Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to technical, user, and management levels.,Strong troubleshooting and networking foundation.,Ability to work collaboratively as well as autonomously with minimal supervision.,Experience defining requirements, providing security guidance and best practices.,Experience implementing and configuring security solutions.,Preferred: Working knowledge of ITSG-22/ITSG-33, or NIST CSF/ISO 27000.,Preferred: Some experience with programming/scripting.,Preferred: Experience in recommending security best practices for the design and configuration of Security Solutions.
