Description

This role within the National Bank's Registration Department involves specializing in regulatory requirements. The Technical Advisor uses data analysis and knowledge of regulatory registrations to positively impact all employees registered with competent authorities.

What We're Looking For

Advise and support stakeholders on regulatory registrations.,Provide advanced technical support, including regulatory aspects requiring knowledge of securities.,Act as a registration expert for managers, employees of National Bank Savings and Investments Inc., and other support services like compliance, HR, and legal affairs.,Carry out and coordinate special projects based on needs and regulatory changes.,Interpret, communicate, and clarify AMF and CIRO rules and policies related to registration.,Identify problems, engage with stakeholders, and propose solutions that align with the Bank's and its subsidiaries' business objectives while safeguarding their interests.

Ideal Candidate

Three-year professional college diploma or academic equivalent (an asset),At least 3 years of experience related to the industry (an asset),Ability to analyze and review securities regulations,Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Office365 applications
