Lightspeed is seeking a Team Lead, Field Sales for their new Lyon office to support the Manager of Field Sales in growing the hospitality vertical. This role involves mentoring, coaching, and training team members, driving performance to meet sales goals, and helping to establish the team's culture and presence in the local market. This is a key opportunity to help launch and shape the new Lyon team, with high visibility and career growth potential.

What We're Looking For

Support the Manager in mentoring and motivating the team.,Provide guidance, training, and coaching to team members.,Assist in analyzing, reporting, and taking action on pipeline metrics.,Help develop outbound initiatives to maximize team performance.,Collaborate internally with partnerships, inbound, implementation, and marketing teams.,Support the Manager in driving performance to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.,Act as a foundational leader in Lyon, establishing team culture, ways of working, and local market presence.,Contribute to hiring and onboarding new team members as the Lyon team grows.

Ideal Candidate

Experience coaching or leading a team.,Sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in fintech or solution-sales/technology-related fields.,Strong understanding of sales best practices.,Proven closing skills.,Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.,A quantitative approach to decision-making.,A passion for coaching and helping team members evolve in their sales careers.,Ability to thrive in a competitive, dynamic, and quota-driven environment.,An entrepreneurial and agile mindset, with a bias toward action and adaptability.,Excitement about building something new and taking ownership in a launch-phase environment.
