Team Lead Field Implementation (French and English speaking)

Lightspeed is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead for Field Implementation Consultants. This role involves overseeing and managing a team responsible for on-site deployments of Lightspeed products and services, ensuring successful implementations, and maintaining high client satisfaction. The Team Lead will focus on team management, project oversight, client interaction, performance monitoring, resource allocation, and quality assurance.

What We're Looking For

Lead and mentor a team of Field Implementation Consultants and Technicians, providing guidance, support, and training.,Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.,Oversee the planning and execution of on-site implementations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize project efficiency.,Act as an escalation point for client issues, providing timely resolution and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.,Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations for on-site implementations.,Monitor and assess the performance of the Field Implementation Consultants against key performance indicators.,Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.,Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and deadlines.,Work closely with project coordinators to ensure adequate staffing for on-site deployments.,Ensure that implemented solutions meet quality standards and client expectations.,Implement best practices for quality control during on-site installations.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Team Lead or Manager in a field implementation environment.,Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Technical proficiency in field implementation processes, preferably in industries such as technology or retail.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Fluency in French & English is required.
