Manage a team of Account Directors and support the Regional Vice-President to achieve objectives.,Monitor employee performance and skill development through coaching.,Optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability by implementing business growth strategies.,Establish strategies with partners to maximize market impact and visibility.,Contribute to the development and execution of the annual business plan for the market.,Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through acquisition and retention activities.,Act as a Bank ambassador in the local community and foster relationships with key partners.,Ensure balance between risk management and profitability in business development.,Ensure compliance with regulations and operational procedures.,Stay informed about market trends and ensure products/services meet client needs.,Be proactive in identifying new ways of working, promoting continuous improvement, and leveraging new tools.
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience.,Experience in personnel management and/or coaching.,Solid experience in commercial credit and business development.,Proficiency in various banking systems.
