Manage a team of account managers and foster an engaging work environment.,Track employee growth and skills development through coaching.,Optimize sector efficiency, productivity, and profitability by implementing business growth strategies.,Establish a strategy with partners to maximize market impact and improve sector visibility.,Participate in drafting and executing the annual business plan for the market.,Manage a mid-market portfolio.,Build and maintain lasting client relationships through acquisition and retention activities.,Act as a Bank ambassador in the local community and foster relationships with key partners.,Balance risk management and profitability in business development.,Ensure adherence to compliance rules and operating procedures.,Stay informed of new market developments and ensure competitive product/service offerings.,Proactively identify new ways of working and encourage continuous improvement and tool usage.,Support the RVP in establishing their business plan and in day-to-day team management.
Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience OR a master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience.,Experience in personnel management and/or coaching.,Strong background in commercial credit and business development.,Good understanding of various banking systems.,Strong ability to influence others, good leadership skills and ability to manage priorities.,Sense of autonomy as well as organizational and change management skills.
