The coordinator also handles ticket management, organizes on-call schedules, and leads team meetings. The overall mission is to coordinate the project team within the Content Department, which designs and creates animated visual content for various multimedia installations.
Support the Team Lead in defining service offerings.,Monitor and follow up on timelines for active projects.,Facilitate communication between departments (Procurement, IT).,Utilize data for project health monitoring and tool/process improvement.,Analyze ongoing projects for accurate production planning.,Update and manage support tools (Slack, Trello, Smartsheet, Wrike, Squadcast).,Oversee distribution and follow-up of Zendesk tickets.,Manage On-Call schedules and coordinate On-Call premiums.,Lead and animate team meetings.,Provide regular progress reports to internal stakeholders.,Update and share Operations Support team reports with project teams.
College degree in design, multimedia, performing arts, television or film production or a related field.,2 to 4 years of experience in audiovisual creation coordination (2D/3D animation, visual effects).,Mastery of MS Office software or similar.
