TD Compliance is seeking two highly motivated Articling Students for a 10-month term. This role involves assisting Compliance professionals with research, drafting, stakeholder relationship building, and presenting to executives. It offers exposure to regulatory compliance matters within TD Bank, supported by mentorship and training.
Research and support on various regulatory compliance matters,Draft and prepare documentation and/or reports,Collaborate with other Compliance professionals on ongoing matters,Liaise with various other stakeholders on projects and/or initiatives,Maintain accurate records of all work done,Handle administrative duties such as document management and organization,Stay updated on regulatory developments
LLB or JD from a Canadian law school,Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation

37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday, standard business hours
