Talent Development Partner - Retail Operations

Onboard new store management employees and ensure their success.,Communicate regularly with regional managers to identify training opportunities.,Identify, train, and support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the region for onboarding and continuous training.,Develop and provide workshops for all regional employees.,Research, improve, and deliver training to equip staff with necessary tools and knowledge.,Create trackers and follow up on training and development programs.,Visit stores to understand regional needs and adjust training schedules.,Partner with regional managers to align training strategy and offerings.,Support all training development programs, including participant identification, hosting sessions, and tracking results.,Collaborate daily with the HR Business Partner.

3 to 5 years of experience as a training facilitator.,Knowledge and understanding of retail operations.,Ability to assess training and development needs by communicating with HR Business Partners, Managers, and considering employee career goals.,Ability to understand business needs and prioritize training schedules.,Capacity to evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.,Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
