This role involves developing, planning, and executing undergraduate campus recruitment strategies and activities for key schools in the Ontario & Atlantic Region. The specialist will represent KPMG on campus, engage prospective students, and support pre-identification events such as information sessions and workshops, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. They will also be involved in the full cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, selection, offering, and onboarding for intern, co-op, new graduate, and sometimes post-graduate hires.
Experience and knowledge of Campus and Student Recruitment cycles,
Strong project management or event management skills with high attention to detail,
Demonstrated experience in event planning and/or multi-stakeholder projects,
Confidence in public speaking, facilitating group sessions, and networking,
Highly motivated, with ability to deal with multiple priorities and activities,
Strong time management skills and ability to work within deadlines and under pressure,
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Post-graduate education in a relevant field (HR, Business, Marketing etc.) is an asset,
Recruitment experience in a professional services environment would be considered an asset
