Description

This role at KPMG involves leading the Ontario & Atlantic campus recruitment team, specifically focusing on the Advisory function. The manager will develop and execute recruitment strategies for co-op, intern, and graduate talent, oversee the full recruitment cycle, manage hiring targets, and partner with business stakeholders. The position also entails leading and coaching the campus team and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

What We're Looking For

Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies for Ontario & Atlantic Advisory teams.,Represent KPMG on campus by engaging prospective students.,Oversee and assist in the full cycle recruitment process (screen, interview, select, offer, and onboarding) for intern, co-op, new graduate, and in some instances, post-graduate hiring.,Manage the recruitment process within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).,Collaborate with the leadership team to set hiring targets and monitor entry-level staffing requirements.,Partner closely with the business throughout the talent attraction process to provide consistent communication and client service.,Manage Ontario & Atlantic campus school teams, providing coaching and performance management.,Lead compliance and quality assurance aspects of campus recruitment, ensuring all processes align with KPMG's Standards of Quality Management.,Collaborate closely with a cross-functional Talent Attraction team.,Monitor industry talent strategies and developments in broader campus recruitment best practices.

Ideal Candidate

Post-graduate education in a relevant field (HR, Business, Marketing, etc.) is an asset.,3+ years of experience in campus recruitment.,Proven Performance Management skills, with the ability to successfully mentor, coach, and motivate direct reports and larger campus school teams.,Strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail demonstrated through previous experience in event planning and/or multi-stakeholder projects.,Confidence in public speaking, facilitating group sessions, and networking.,Excellent communication, diplomacy, negotiation skills, and ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership.
