Description
This internship at Saputo is within the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on attracting and hiring talent for plants and warehouses across Canada. The intern will gain real recruiting experience, support candidate experience, and contribute to various recruitment initiatives, including sourcing strategies, high-volume recruitment, continuous improvement, job posting management, and interview coordination.
What We're Looking For
Support building sourcing strategies, strategic partnerships, and talent pipelines for key positions across Canada,
Support high volume recruitment: screen applications, conduct phone and Teams interviews, complete reference checks, and coordinate pre-employment steps,
Drive continuous improvement initiatives including helping to evaluate digital and AI based recruitment tools, presenting insights, and helping implement innovative solutions,
Support creating and updating clear, inclusive, and engaging job postings, post positions on various sites and ensure high visibility,
Schedule and coordinate interviews with HR partners and hiring managers,
Provide general administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition team
Ideal Candidate
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business/Commerce, or a related field (minimum 2nd year completed)
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree (in progress)
