Talent & Capability Business Partner

Develop trusted advisor relationships with PBPs and leadership to understand business priorities and talent development needs.,Own, create, and execute strategic learning and enablement plans, designing bespoke learning experiences.,Own end-to-end programming for senior leaders, including designing and facilitating high-stakes learning offerings like workshops, coaching, or training.,Influence and advise key stakeholders on talent and capability priorities.,Collaborate cross-functionally with PBPs and other People & Culture teams to ensure integrated talent solutions.,Gather and analyze data to develop strategic solutions, contribute to program strategy, and measure performance and impact.,Manage vendor contracts and relationships for external partners.,Create and execute effective communication plans to market and socialize talent development solutions.

Proven experience acting as a Business Partner or Consultant to leaders in a fast-paced, complex business environment, preferably in technology.,In-depth, practical knowledge of adult learning principles and a variety of leadership development approaches.,Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and facilitating programs for executive and senior management audiences.,Experience in managing project timelines and working with vendors or external subject matter experts.,Fluency in English as a working language.
