5+ years of experience shipping titles as a Systems Designer, focusing on progression, economy, and/or engagement features and content.,Experience working on live-service multiplayer environments (preferred).,Demonstrated talent for empathizing with players and a deep understanding of player motivations, forms of play, and the effects of progression and goal setting.,Strong interest in game progression and economies, with an understanding of their functionality.,Ability to react quickly to changing project needs, drive decisions, and own the vision.
