The Director, Workforce Planning, will lead the Supply Chain Workforce Planning Department to strategically plan and schedule labor to meet business demands efficiently. This role focuses on optimizing labor allocation and maximizing productivity within distribution operations to support company growth and enhance both employee and client experiences.
What We're Looking For
Design and implement a long-term strategic model for labor planning and scheduling.,Optimize labor spending and overall productivity.,Gather, analyze, and process scheduling inputs to create optimized schedules.,Publish and execute optimized schedules.,Manage and implement live week schedule changes.,Collaborate with Business Support partners to ensure seamless departmental function and foster employee development.
Ideal Candidate
Proven skills, education, or certifications in Data Analysis and working with large datasets.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Experience with Scheduling or Workforce Planning software.,Commitment to Aritzia's Values and leadership principles.,Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Dedication to quality and achieving value-driven results.
