The Supply Chain Workforce Planning department focuses on planning and scheduling labor to align with business needs, optimize talent, and manage labor costs, aiming to enhance both employee and client experiences. This role involves managing the labor planning process to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right times, supporting the long-term strategic optimization of labor allocation and output for Supply Chain operations.

Support the design of the long-term strategic model that directs the labor plan and schedule,Optimize labor spending and productivity,Gather, analyze, process, and optimize scheduling inputs,Build optimized schedules,Publish optimized schedules,Support the business with live week schedule changes
Ideal Candidate
Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel,A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles,The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners,A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
