This role within Aritzia's Trade & Customs team focuses on facilitating the cross-border movement of goods and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing US import and export operations, optimizing business value, and developing team members. It is a key position to manage trade processes efficiently and effectively.

Manage seamless execution of cross-border and US import operations.,Strategically develop Aritzia's trade and customs approach to maintain competitive advantage.,Ensure adherence to laws and regulations for correct import, export, and declaration of goods.,Minimize Aritzia's duty liability while optimizing cash flow.,Manage seamless execution of day-to-day business and initiatives.,Collaborate with Business Support partners to lead department functions, support corporate objectives, and enable career development for the team.
Ideal Candidate
Multiple years of experience in the Trade & Customs environment.,Strong understanding and application of trade programs such as Duty Drawback, First Sale, and Free Trade Agreements.,Expertise in US import/export operations, including ability to interpret US CBP legislation and regulations.,Active US Customs Broker License.,Proficiency in Classification and origin determination.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.,Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.,Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.,Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
