Description

The role of Supervisor for Travel Insurance aims to develop knowledge, promote teamwork, and contribute to the growth of travel insurance at CAA-Québec. The supervisor will lead a team of about twelve travel insurance representatives, participating in their selection, integration, development, and mobilization. The role involves maintaining strong internal partnerships, collaborating on operational projects as an expert, and acting as a resource for the representatives. The position requires availability from Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM, and mobility in downtown Montreal offices. Evening and weekend work may be required during busy periods.

What We're Looking For

Collaborate on the development of resources for a team of a dozen travel insurance representatives.,Participate in the selection, integration, development, and mobilization of the team.,Develop and maintain close relationships with all internal partners.,Collaborate on projects as an operations expert.,Be the resource person for representatives at the operational level.,Available Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM.,Mobile in downtown Montreal offices (Rue Drummond).,Possibly work evenings or weekends during busy periods.

Ideal Candidate

College diploma in human sciences or administration or equivalent professional experience.,Minimum 3 years of experience in a personnel coaching/support position.,Certification in sickness or accident insurance from the Chambre de sécurité financière (AMF) (an asset).
