Summer 2026 Student - Client Advisor Intern

This 4-month summer internship at the Royal Bank of Canada is designed for post-secondary students to gain experience as a Client Advisor. The role involves frontline customer service, conducting transactions, identifying client needs, providing financial advice, and finding solutions while also contributing to team sales and managing risks according to compliance. Interns will educate clients on digital capabilities and resolve concerns.

What We're Looking For

Serve clients by delivering exceptional customer service, completing transactions, engaging in needs-based conversations, and communicating with clients throughout the branch.,Identify needs and provide tailored financial advice and solutions to clients.,Contribute to team sales results by spotting opportunities to offer additional advice, introducing clients to RBC partners, or personally fulfilling client solutions.,Understand and resolve client concerns at the first point of contact.,Educate and assist clients with using RBC digital capabilities.,Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests while completing transactions.

Ideal Candidate

Currently a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd-year student enrolled in a Post-Secondary Program.,Must be returning to school after the work term end-date of August 2026, or require the work term as a mandatory component to graduate successfully.
