This role supports leadership and strategic initiatives by managing calendars and events. The position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of QTS-wide events, from initial strategic planning through to flawless execution.
Coordinate content and agendas with leaders and subject matter experts, managing schedules and gathering content. Plan and execute team town halls, leadership meetings, and offsites, managing logistics. Manage the forward calendar for major organizational events and meetings. Coordinate with teams to gather information and conduct analysis for presentations. Facilitate deep dives into key topics to gather content for stakeholders. Plan and deliver high-impact in-person and virtual sessions for various events across regions.
