This Senior Business Program Lead role at TD Bank involves acting as a subject matter expert and business program owner for enterprise programs. The position focuses on leading the design, development, deployment, monitoring, reporting, and resolution of programs within a specialized functional area. It requires providing advisory services to executives, anticipating business trends, and leading initiatives with significant financial and operational impact.

What We're Looking For

Lead and support strategic initiatives spanning growth and operational excellence by directly scoping, initiating and planning key business programs.,Manage program development across all domains defining success criteria, with explicit consideration to business process & organizational change impacts.,Ensure alignment of required stakeholders to business decisions.,Champion the program across the organization in partnership with the sponsor and team.,Deliver data-driven insights to support actionable program direction, corporate prioritization, and communications.,Establish program governance structures in line with TD's governance control objectives.,Support change management activities, guiding training and communications in alignment with Business strategy.,Develop the plan for the program's operational success, including integrating program outcomes into business as usual (BAU).,Partner with the delivery teams on key execution decisions and on aligning technology and business objectives into a shared delivery vision.,Ensure effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program.,Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies.,Ensure respective programs/policies/practices are well managed, meet business needs, and comply with internal and external requirements.,Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information, and all matters of confidentiality.,Ensure business operations are in compliance with applicable internal and external requirements.,Participate in cross-functional/enterprise/initiatives as a subject matter expert.,Conduct internal and external research projects.,Monitor service, productivity, and assess efficiency levels, implementing continuous process/performance improvements.,Lead/facilitate and/or implement actions/remediation plans to address performance/risk/governance issues.,Actively manage relationships within and across various business lines, corporate and/or control functions.,Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts.,Maintain a culture of risk management and control.,Participate fully as a member of the team, supporting a positive work environment.,Provide thought leadership and/or industry knowledge for own area of expertise.,Keep current on emerging trends/developments and grow knowledge of the business.,Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross training.,Keep others informed and up-to-date about the status/progress of projects.,Contribute to team development of skills and capabilities through mentorship of others.,Lead, motivate and develop relationships with internal and external business partners/stakeholders.,Contribute to a fair, positive and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce.,Act as a brand ambassador for your business area/function and the bank.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree and/or 10+ years relevant experience.,Strong organizational skills.,Highly developed critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills.,Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).,Self-motivated team player with high energy and ability to work independently.
