Description
Lightspeed is seeking a Strategic Implementation Consultant to guide high-value hospitality clients in the Benelux region through the successful implementation of their Point of Sale (POS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. The role involves leading end-to-end onboarding, delivering a high-touch client experience, planning and executing go-lives and on-site training, acting as a trusted product and technical advisor, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining client engagement through proactive follow-ups and clear documentation.
What We're Looking For
Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for strategic and enterprise clients.,Deliver a white-glove, high-touch experience.,Plan, coordinate, and execute go-lives, on-site training, and support.,Act as a trusted product and technical advisor.,Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to resolve escalations.,Keep clients engaged, satisfied, and transactional through proactive follow-ups.,Maintain clear implementation documentation and process guides.,Experience in B2B, client-facing roles.
Ideal Candidate
Background in hospitality, retail, or project management.,Experience with POS or SaaS platforms (Nice to Have).,Understanding of SaaS customer lifecycle and sales processes (Nice to Have).
