Strategic Account Manager - Enterprise Gastronomie (deutschsprachig, Berlin, m/f/x)

Lightspeed is seeking an experienced and strategic Account Manager to manage and grow key enterprise customers within the gastronomy sector. This role involves acting as the primary contact for major hospitality clients in the DACH region, driving growth, product usage, and building strong business partnerships through effective stakeholder management and SaaS expertise.

What We're Looking For

Act as the primary contact for Lightspeed's largest and most important gastronomy clients.,Develop and manage strategic account plans to promote growth, retention, and product utilization.,Proactively work on product adoption and ensure an increase in Net Revenue Retention (NRR) within the portfolio.,Plan and conduct quarterly business reviews and success plans.,Analyze usage data, go-live milestones, and health scores to identify and address risks early.,Build strong, trusting relationships with C-level and operational stakeholders to establish Lightspeed as a long-term strategic partner.,Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Ideal Candidate

3–5+ years of experience in Account Management or Strategic Customer Success in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with Enterprise clients.,Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (NRR, Product Adoption, Expansion, Renewals, Churn) and their application in portfolio management.,Strong sense of ownership, hands-on, data-driven, and adept at relationship cultivation.,Experience managing multi-level stakeholder structures, comfortable interacting with C-level, Operations, and Tech.,Knowledge of the gastronomy, POS, or hospitality tech industry is a plus.
