Description

The Store Supervisor at TD Bank oversees daily team operations, ensuring compliance and operational excellence to mitigate risks for the Bank and its customers. This role involves driving and reinforcing customer, operational, and sales objectives. The supervisor is expected to manage the store in the absence of other managers, handling teller and platform operations, and customer escalations. Key responsibilities include supporting the team in acquiring, retaining, and deepening customer relationships through personalized service.

What We're Looking For

Supervise day-to-day team activities for operational excellence and compliance.,Drive, reinforce, and demonstrate meeting Operational, Customer, and Sales objectives.,Manage the store in the absence of other managers, including teller side, platform, and customer escalations.,Support the team in acquiring, retaining, and deepening customer relationships through sales & advice activities.,Provide day-to-day team leadership and work direction for effective service delivery.,Monitor teller and platform workflows, prioritize tasks, and delegate duties.,Demonstrate understanding of bank operational policies, procedures, and regulations.,Drive operational excellence in cash handling, vault management, negotiable items control, fraud prevention, and expense management.,Engage with customers about loan products and facilitate application intake (requires active NMLS registration).,Lead, develop, and coach the team on effective customer service, product, and advice conversations.,Proficiently use Customer relationship tools, services, products, and campaigns.,Acquire and deepen the Store Customer base through proactive sales activities and lead management.,Lead and coach frontline colleagues on effective customer complaint resolution.,Ensure optimal colleague scheduling to meet customer demands and compliance.,Maintain a professional and inviting store environment, adhering to guidelines.,Approve financial transactions using sound judgment to minimize risk.,Ensure all documentation is accurate and reflects customer/business intentions and regulatory compliance.,Lead and support a high-performing team, providing feedback and coaching.,Ensure colleagues comply with all Regulatory and AMCB policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate

HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred,Notary License (preferred),Previous supervisory or demonstrated ability in providing direction, decision making, coaching.,Oversight of Customer Service,Eligible for employment with a covered financial institution under Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act, 12 CFR Part 1026.36.,Eligible for registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with the NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry) in accordance with the SAFE Act, 12 U.S.C. §§ 5102 et seq., and its implementing regulations, 12 CFR Part 1007.
