Description

This role involves supervising daily team activities to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and risk mitigation. The supervisor is responsible for driving and reinforcing sales and advice activities, managing the store in the absence of other managers, and ensuring legendary customer and colleague experiences. What We're Looking For

Supervise day-to-day team activities and provide leadership and work direction to advice and service colleagues. [3, 4],Manage the Store and handle teller operations, platform duties, and customer escalations in the absence of other managers. [3, 4],Support driving a team in acquiring, retaining, and deepening customer relationships through sales and advice activities. [3, 4],Lead and coach frontline colleagues on effective customer complaint resolution. [3, 4],Maintain optimal colleague scheduling to meet customer demands and compliance requirements. [3],Drive operational excellence including cash handling, vault management, control of negotiable items, fraud prevention, and managing controllable expenses. [3, 4],Engage with customers about loan products and facilitate application intake. [3, 4],Maintain an active registration status with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry). [3, 4]

Ideal Candidate

HS Diploma or GED required. [4],Undergraduate degree preferred. [4],2+ years related experience working with customers and/or sales. [4],Previous supervisory experience or demonstrated ability in providing direction, decision making, and coaching. [4],Oversight of Customer Service. [4],Proven ability to meet and exceed Customers' expectations. [4],Maintain active registration status with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry). [3, 4]

Minimum Education
