The Store Supervisor role at TD Bank involves overseeing daily team activities to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and risk mitigation. Supervise day-to-day team activities for operational excellence and compliance.,Mitigate risk and protect the Bank and Customers by adhering to policies and procedures.,Drive, reinforce, and demonstrate meeting Operational, Customer, and Sales objectives.,Manage the Store, including teller side, platform, and Customer escalations, when other managers are absent.,Provide day-to-day team leadership and work direction for effective service and advice delivery.,Monitor workflows for teller team and platform, prioritizing and delegating tasks.,Ensure understanding and compliance with bank operational policies, procedures, and regulations.,Drive operational excellence in cash handling, vault management, negotiable items control, fraud prevention, and expense management.,Engage with customers about loan products and facilitate application intake, requiring active NMLS registration.,Lead, develop, and coach the team on effective customer service and product advice.,Be proficient in Customer relationship tools, services, products, and campaigns.,Acquire and deepen the Store Customer base through proactive sales and service activities.,Connect with Customers/Prospects, provide financial advice, and deepen relationships through lead management.,Lead and coach frontline colleagues on effective Customer complaint resolution.,Responsible for maintaining optimal colleague scheduling to meet customer demands and compliance.,Support a professional and inviting store environment, adhering to premises, marketing, and regulatory guidelines.,Collaborate with TD Partners to ensure customers are serviced appropriately.,Approve financial transactions using sound judgment to minimize risk.,Maintain operational accountability including Vault Management, auditing, reporting, and balancing.,Lead and support a high-performing team, providing feedback, coaching, and input on performance reviews.,Ensure colleagues comply with all Regulatory and AMCB policies, procedures, and guidelines.,Support, mentor, and coach team members in their professional development.,Participate in performance management activities for the teller and platform teams.
High School Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.,2+ years related experience working with customers and/or sales.,Notary License (preferred).,Previous supervisory experience or demonstrated ability in providing direction, decision-making, and coaching.,Proven ability to meet and exceed Customer expectations.,Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks.,Effective verbal and written communication skills.,Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.,Ability to multi-task and maintain order in the Store.,Good working knowledge of Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word and Excel.,Ability to supervise and lead others.,Ability to provide community services.,Must be eligible for employment with a covered financial institution under Regulation Z.,Must be eligible for registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with the NMLS.
