Provide supervisory oversight to a team for achieving individual and Store objectives.,Provide day-to-day team leadership and work direction for effective service delivery.,Monitor teller team and platform workflows, prioritize tasks, and delegate duties.,Demonstrate understanding of bank operational policies, procedures, and regulations.,Drive operational excellence including cash handling, vault management, and fraud prevention.,Engage with customers on loan products and facilitate application intake, requiring NMLS registration.,Lead, develop, and coach the team on customer service, product, and advice conversations.,Be proficient in Customer relationship tools, services, products, and campaigns.,Possess knowledge of financial literacy and a broad range of products/services.,Acquire and deepen customer base through proactive sales activities and lead management.,Deliver end-to-end advice to customers, building trust and advocating for their financial needs.,Lead, coach, and drive exceptional service at every customer interaction.,Complete customer transactions and utilize CRM tools for needs-based conversations.,Engage in Lobby leadership and handle customer inquiries and escalations.,Lead the execution of Store Customer experience and advice plans.,Coach on customer issue resolution and empower colleagues to handle concerns.,Maintain optimal colleague scheduling and a professional store environment.,Collaborate with TD Partners for appropriate customer servicing.,Process routine to advanced transactions, including check cashing and loan payments.,Maintain strong working knowledge of all operational systems and databases.,Manage vault, currency levels, and track shipments/deliveries.,Lead operational standards of the store, including cash handling, fraud prevention, and privacy.,Plan, organize, and coordinate activities, resolving operational issues.,Oversee daily branch administrative duties.,Approve financial transactions using sound judgment to minimize risk.,Ensure operational excellence and compliance with cash control procedures.,Apply operating policies and procedures and contribute to business objectives.,Support timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures.,Escalate non-standard or high-risk transactions/activities.,Ensure documentation is accurate and reflects customer/business intentions.,Support and participate in process improvement opportunities.,Comply with Bank Code of Conduct.,Lead and support a high-performing team, providing feedback and coaching.,Contribute to setting daily objectives, track and address performance.,Ensure compliance with Regulatory and AMCB policies and guidelines.,Support, mentor, and coach team members in professional development.,Foster a cohesive team and promote a strong colleague experience.,Share knowledge and ensure timely communication of issues.,Onboard team members and facilitate change.,Promote a fair and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce.,Act as a brand champion for the business area/function and the bank.,Participate in performance management activities for the teller and platform teams.
HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred,2+ years related experience working with customers and or sales in any capacity or equivalent,Notary License (preferred),Previous supervisory or demonstrated ability in providing direction, decision making, coaching,Oversight of Customer Service,Proven ability to meet and exceed Customers' expectations
