Store Manager

Recruit, onboard, develop, and coach team members on customer service, program promotion, product knowledge, and current trends.,Meet all key financial objectives including sales, closing ratio, dollars per transaction, and units per transaction.,Effectively schedule staff for optimal floor coverage.,Act as a stylist to assist customers in building personalized wardrobes.,Monitor team performance, including appraisals, coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.,Collaborate with merchandising to ensure compliance with standards and attractive merchandise presentation.,Support daily operations such as merchandise receiving, price changes, order/transfer shipping, and store cleanliness.
