Laura Canada is seeking a proactive and passionate Store Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving financial objectives. This role involves motivating and developing staff, fostering a positive store environment, and acting as a stylist for customers. Recruit, onboard, develop, and coach team members on customer service, program promotion, product knowledge, and current trends.,Ensure all key financial objectives are met (sales, closing ratio, dollars per transaction, units per transaction).,Schedule effectively to provide optimal floor coverage.,Act as a stylist to build personalized wardrobes for customers.,Monitor team performance (appraisal, ongoing coaching, conflict resolution, disciplinary action).,Collaborate with merchandising to ensure compliance with standards and attractive merchandise presentation.,Support daily operations including receiving merchandise, changing prices, shipping orders/transfers, and keeping the store clean.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store management position.,Ability to create a positive work environment where team members are motivated to learn and grow.
