The Store Manager at Laura Canada is a leadership role for a fashion and customer service enthusiast. This individual is responsible for motivating and developing a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional and memorable shopping experience, while fostering a positive and energetic store environment.
Recruit, onboard, develop, and coach team members on customer service excellence, promotional programs, product knowledge, and current fashion trends.,Achieve all established key financial objectives, including sales, closing ratio, dollars per transaction, and units per transaction.,Create effective schedules to ensure optimal floor coverage.,Act as a personal stylist to help customers build personalized wardrobes.,Monitor and evaluate team performance through appraisals, ongoing coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.,Collaborate with the merchandising team to maintain store visual standards and guidelines, ensuring attractive merchandise presentation.,Oversee daily store operations, including merchandise receiving, price changes, shipping orders/transfers, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store management position.,Ability to create a positive work environment where team members are motivated to learn and grow.,Recognized for positive leadership and a solution-oriented approach.
