Laura Canada is seeking a Store Manager with a strong passion for fashion and customer service to lead and develop a successful team. The role involves motivating staff to provide exceptional shopping experiences and fostering a vibrant store environment.
Recruit, onboard, develop, and coach team members on customer service, program promotion, product knowledge, and current trends.,Achieve all key financial objectives (sales, closing ratio, dollars per transaction, units per transaction).,Create effective schedules for optimal floor coverage.,Act as a stylist to help customers build personalized wardrobes.,Monitor team performance, including appraisals, coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action.,Collaborate with merchandising to ensure compliance with standards and attractive merchandise presentation.,Support daily operations such as receiving merchandise, changing prices, shipping orders/transfers, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store management position.
