Lead and manage a retail store to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and oversee daily operations, including team management and merchandise handling.

Manage all store activities for efficient operation.,Supervise, lead, and motivate a retail team.,Ensure high levels of customer service and drive sales performance.,Handle merchandise, including bending, lifting, and moving boxes up to 35 lbs.,Support store manager in all tasks necessary to the efficient operation of the store.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 2 years of related retail management experience.
