Laura Canada is seeking a Store Manager with a passion for fashion and customer service to lead and develop a successful team. The role involves motivating staff to provide excellent shopping experiences, fostering a positive store environment, and achieving financial objectives for the iconic Laura and Melanie Lyne brands.
Recruit, onboard, develop, and coach team members on customer service, program promotion, product knowledge, and current trends.
Ensure key financial objectives (sales, closing ratio, dollars per transaction, units per transaction) are met.
Schedule effectively for optimal floor coverage.
Act as a stylist to build personalized wardrobes for customers.
Monitor team performance, including appraisals, coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action.
Collaborate with merchandising to ensure compliance with standards and attractive merchandise presentation.
Support daily operations such as receiving merchandise, changing prices, shipping orders/transfers, and maintaining store cleanliness.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a store management position.
