Store Manager

Recruit, onboard, develop, and coach team members on customer service, product knowledge, and current trends.,Ensure all key financial objectives, such as sales, closing ratio, dollars per transaction, and units per transaction, are met.,Effectively schedule staff to provide optimal floor coverage.,Act as a stylist to build personalized wardrobes for customers.,Monitor team performance, including appraisals, ongoing coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.,Collaborate with merchandising to ensure compliance with standards and attractive presentation of merchandise.,Support daily operations including receiving merchandise, changing prices, shipping orders/transfers, and maintaining store cleanliness.
