Description
Laura Canada is looking for a Store Manager in Laval, Quebec. This role involves leading and developing a team, delivering exceptional customer service, achieving financial targets, managing store operations, and maintaining an engaging store environment.
What We're Looking For
Recruit, onboard, develop, and coach team members on customer service, program promotion, product knowledge, and current trends.,Ensure all key financial objectives are met (sales, closing ratio, dollars per transaction, units per transaction).,Create effective schedules to provide optimal floor coverage.,Act as a stylist to help customers build personalized wardrobes.,Monitor team performance, including appraisals, ongoing coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action.,Collaborate with merchandising to ensure compliance with standards and attractive merchandise presentation.,Support daily operations such as receiving merchandise, changing prices, shipping orders/transfers, and keeping the store clean.
Ideal Candidate
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a store management position.
