Laura Canada is seeking a proactive and passionate Store Manager to lead and develop a winning team. This role involves motivating staff to provide exceptional customer service and fostering an enjoyable store environment. The manager will be a business leader and role model who contributes to helping Canadian women look and feel their best.
Recruit, onboard, develop, and coach team members on customer service, program promotion, product knowledge, and current trends.,Ensure all key financial objectives (sales, closing ratio, dollars per transaction, units per transaction) are met.,Schedule effectively to provide optimal floor coverage.,Act as a stylist to build personalized wardrobes for customers.,Monitor team performance, including appraisals, ongoing coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action.,Collaborate with merchandising to ensure compliance with standards and attractive merchandise presentation.,Support daily operations such as receiving merchandise, changing prices, shipping orders/transfers, and keeping the store clean.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store management position.,Ability to create a positive work environment that motivates team members to learn and grow.,Recognized for positive leadership and a solution-oriented approach.
