Store Manager I - Aiken

Description

The Store Manager I at TD Bank will lead and develop a team to manage a store portfolio, focusing on customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and maintaining profitability within the Consumer Business. This role involves coaching the team for exceptional customer and employee experience, driving growth through various solutions and referrals, and ensuring adherence to bank operations and risk management protocols.

What We're Looking For

Manage a small to complex store and team, achieving store and individual performance metrics.

Identify, track, and resolve process gaps, providing coaching and mentorship to teammates.

Act as the highest point of escalation for customer issues within the store.

Originate loan applications, handle Conditions of Lending, and conduct loan closings.

Maintain active registration status with NMLS.

Manage the store budget to meet expense and revenue objectives.

Drive partnership across Retail and all Lines of Business to foster integrated services.

Proactively develop relationships with prospects, Small Business clients, and Centers of Influence (COIs).

Ensure operational excellence, accuracy of all customer transactions, and compliance with bank operating policies and procedures.

Lead, coach, and develop store teammates, setting performance objectives and conducting reviews to build a diverse and high-performing workforce.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years of relevant experience (retail, customer service, and/or financial services industries).

1+ years of leadership and coaching experience.

Small Business and Consumer lending experience preferred.

Knowledge of Bank product lines, services, store operations, and security.

Notary License (preferred).

Must be eligible for employment with a covered financial institution under Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act.

Must be eligible for registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with the NMLS.

Satisfactory results on a criminal background check and a credit report check.
