The Store Manager is responsible for the overall profitable operation of an ALDO Group store. This role involves leading, coaching, and mentoring a team to foster growth and ensure compliance with company values and policies. The manager is expected to drive sales, manage operational costs, maintain visual standards, and deliver exceptional customer service with a 'customer-obsessed' mindset, contributing to a diverse and inclusive store atmosphere.

Ideal Candidate
